This eight story 200 unit residential building will serve as student housing. It includes storage rooms for 176 bicycles, lounges on every floor and a roof deck for use by residents.  There also is a landscaped inner courtyard of this U-shaped building. It is a 148,000 SF of new concrete construction with post tension cable slabs. JCM will continue to manage this project through the construction phase, and had a special role of providing direct assistance during the environmental remediation and demolition phases, as these were not part of the general contractor’s scope.
